Hearts of Iron 4 DLC Unlocker: V1.13 Updated

Here is Darova64’s unlocker to allow you to unlock all DLCs of Hearts of Iron 4.

Hearts of Iron 4 DLC Unlocker V1.13

Description:

• DLC Unlocker unlocks all DLC for Hearts of Iron 4
• DLC Unlocker is for the licensed version of the game on Steam
• DLC work in Ironman and Multiplayer mode (Achievements will work)
• The launcher will say “Failed to verify the authenticity of the add-on”, but the DLC will work
• It is impossible to get a ban. I play and test DLC Unlocker on the main account
• If the add-ons do not work, reinstall the game and do everything according to the instructions.
  Also, this may help:
  1. Delete Paradox Launcher v2 via control panel
  2. Delete Hearts of Iron IV folder using C:\Users\<Username>\Documents\Paradox Interactive
  3. Delete folders:
     – C:/users/<Username>/AppData /Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/
     – C:/users/<Username>/AppData/Local/Paradox Interactive/
     – C:/users/<username>/AppData/Roaming/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2/
  4. We start checking local files.

Installation:

1. Download the archive and extract it to a folder on your desktop.
2. Open your Steam library, right-click on HOI4, choose Properties > Local Files > Browse (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hearts of Iron IV).
3. Drag the file from the DLC archive with the replacement into the game folder.
4. Drag all files from the SteamFix archive with replacements into the game folder.
5. Done.
